Investor AB puts 80% of Patricia Industries on screen on November 4

Investor AB will allow shareholders who cannot travel to Stockholm to watch its Capital Markets Update live on November 4, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Brussels and Stockholm time. Registration for the webcast is already open.

This is more useful than a simple investor-calendar entry. The chief executives of BraunAbility, Laborie, Mölnlycke, Nova Biomedical and Sarnova will present their businesses directly. At June 30, 2026, these five subsidiaries carried a combined estimated market value of SEK 166.9 billion, equal to 80.3% of Patricia Industries and 13.5% of Investor AB's adjusted assets.

What shareholders can actually observe

Patricia Industries is Investor AB's main unlisted asset pool. Its value does not come from directly observable share prices. It is estimated by the holding company, including through listed peer multiples. The November 4 event will therefore put investors in front of the executives running the assets that drive most of that valuation.

For Investor AB shareholders, the most useful questions should go beyond the corporate presentation and focus on four areas: organic growth, margin development, cash conversion and leverage.
